Staff Software Development Engineer
- MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Development experience in spice simulation tools
- Must have knowledge in MOS device models
- Table lookup based models, graph algorithms, RC reduction, Event driven simulation will be strong plus
- Mixed mode simulation will also be a plus
Senior Software Development Engineer
- MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Must have experience in DC convergence algorithms such as homotopy method, pseudo transient and dc_step
- Good understanding of Berkeley spice data structures is required
- Analog circuit experience is a plus
Physical Verification Engineer
- MSEE or MSCE
- Must have at least 2 years of design experience
- Must have direct working experience with Mentor Graphics Calibre tool set. Including setting up, executing and analyzing results.
- Place & route tools experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency using Perl, TCL and Make scripting is preferred
- Excellent communication and personal skills
Physical Design Engineer
- BSEE/MSEE
- 5+ years of experience in large VLSI physical design implementation on 0.13u, 90 nm and 65nm technology.
- Successful track record of delivering products to production is a must.
- Prior experience in Timing closure, clock/power Distribution and analysis, RC Extraction and correlation, place and route and tapeout issues.
- Should be a power user of P&R and timing analysis CAD tools from Magma
- Proficiency using Perl, TCL, Scheme, Make scripting is preferred
- Excellent communication and personal skills
Junior Physical Design Engineer
- BSEE/MSEE
- 1-2 years of practical experience is required. Previous internship experience is ok.
- Unix and Linux experience is a must.
- Knowlegde of C++ ,Perl, CShell a plus.
- Knowledge of basic layout tools, spice simulators is also a plus.
- Excellent communication and personal skills
Hardware Engineering Intern
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 1-2 years of practical experience is required. Previous internship experience is ok.
- Unix and Linux experience is a must.
- Knowlegde of C++ ,Perl, CShell a plus.
- Knowledge of basic layout tools, spice simulators is also a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and highly motivated
- Courses Required: Digital Design, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Computer Architecture
Software Engineering Intern
